The launch and training of the third cohort of MJLC Ambassadors in Helsinki (May 26–29, 2025) marked a significant expansion of the Council's youth leadership program. Taking place over four days, the event included intensive training sessions on religious literacy, dialogue strategy, conflict mediation, and project design.

Helsinki Training Session

A visit to Suomenlinna introduced participants to the city's Jewish and Muslim heritage, guided by Imam Ramil Belyaev. Mentoring sessions and alumni engagement provided continuity and a sense of generational mission.

Heritage Visit

The event culminated in a joint ceremony celebrating the graduation of the 2nd cohort and the launch of the 3rd, which includes ambassadors from Brussels, Lisbon, Strasbourg, and Helsinki. The public session included certificate distribution, intergenerational roundtables, and speeches from new participants. The initiative illustrated how youth-led interfaith cooperation is maturing into a structured leadership framework at the European level.
